Our Guarantee

All of our products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Moore & Giles products are made with the highest standards and rigorous quality assurance in mind: however, our products are not indestructible. Therefore, our guarantee does not cover any product damage that may result from normal wear and tear, airline mishandling, or misuse or abuse of the product. Should your bag or accessory require repair throughout its lifetime, we offer a repair service on a case-by case bases.

Shipping

Standard ground orders will be processed within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase. All orders ship on business days (Monday through Friday). All expedited orders placed by 11:00 a.m. EST will be serviced the same day. This includes any order placed with UPS Three-Day Select, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air w/ Saturday Delivery, and UPS Next Day Air w/ Saturday Delivery. Orders placed after this cut off will be serviced the following business day.

Returning Merchandise

We understand each purchase with Moore & Giles is an investment. Our leather and craftsmanship is designed to last a lifetime. If you receive your order and believe it is not the right fit, you will have 30-Calendar Days from the time of purchase to send the order back. All products purchased from our retailers can only be returned to the retailer of purchase, returns to different store locations or Moore & Giles will not be accepted.

Eligible Purchases: Items purchased on mooreandgiles.com are eligible for a return or exchange within 30-days of purchase. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must show no sign of wear and tear, have original tags, and be accompanied by a receipt of purchase. Domestic returns will be provided with a complimentary return label. International orders may be returned, but all charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges: To ensure the correct item is received, please fill out our online exchange form. We request you use the original box and shipping materials when sending back the unwanted product.

Damaged Goods: Damaged goods must be returned within 5 days of receipt.

Final Sale Items: Last Chance items, gift cards, cleaning products and kits, and personalized items are all final sale.

Furniture

In-stock furniture may be returned within 7 days of receipt.  Please contact us to initiate the return process and we will coordinate with our shipper to schedule a retrieval date.  A refund or exchange will be issued, less a 20% restocking fee.  All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. Once production of these pieces has started, we are unable to cancel the order.

 

All furniture is carefully inspected prior to shipment and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon delivery. Should you notice any damage upon receipt, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. Our handcrafted furniture is built to last a lifetime and comes with a 5 year warranty.  The frame, suspension, and leather will be free from manufacturer’s defects for up to 5 years.  Our furniture pieces are not indestructible.  Our warranty does not cover misuse or abuse.  Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
