Maintenance is only required when unusual circumstances occur, such as large watermarks, scratches and ink marks. Light dirt or scuffs can be cleaned with a soft dry brush or towel. Our natural leather cleaner can be used on heavier spills or stains. The leather’s natural burnishing and darkening will gradually envelop accidental discolorations. White Glove Delivery
Please note that furniture delivery options will vary by location and are dependent on the COVID protocols established by our delivery partners in your area. All furniture deliveries will be scheduled in advance on an agreed-upon day and time. Items may either be delivered to your doorstep or placed in the room of choice, unpacked and debris removed. We will reach out to you at the time of shipment to discuss which option is available based on your delivery location.
We stand behind the workmanship and integrity of our products. Moore & Giles products are made with the highest standards and rigorous quality assurance in mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your chair, please notify us within 72 hours from the arrival of the chair. Our customer care team will arrange for the pick-up and return of your chair. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the return. Chairs are non-returnable beyond 72 hours.
