Really dispapointed.
This is the first order I’ve done with Moore and Giles that has disappointed me. The leather cover is simply a thin layer of leather on cardboard. I have purchased several items from Moore and Giles and this doesn’t live up to the standard that I’m use to. The paper is lined on one side and not the other. What’s up with that and why wasn’t that in the description of the notebook. The cover like I said is cardboard and the cardboard is right there on the other side. In other words, it’s not wrapped in leather ….. It’s just leather slapped on one side of cardboard!!! I can get something better than this at TJ Maxx!! At this price point I expected the item to be more “plush.”

Love Appointed notebooks and planners, but this was a disappointment. My planner was packed in a bag inside a large box and arrived with bent corners and tabs. I’ve bought more than seven notebooks directly from appointed and none were bent. Packing needs to be changed. Also, the leather was unglued in a corner of the cover and scuffed when it arrived. Scuffs very easy. I wanted to love it, but I would stick with the normal Appointed cover.
