Garden Happy Hour

Garden Happy Hour

The company garden, now in its second season, exists to encourage healthy eating habits for our employees. It serves as an escape - you'll find staff members taking a half hour out of their workday to pick weeds, water, and harvest the garden - a chance to get outside and clear their heads. The fruits, vegetables, and herbs that are grown in the garden are dispersed to staff members at a daily market. Recipes and other healthy snack ideas are posted around the building to help generate ways to use the goods that are grown. This month, we noticed an abundance of mint growing in the herb bed and it got our wheels turning. We decided to put our spin on a classic cocktail and make Garden Mojitos. Here is the recipe we created to celebrate the first day of summer. https://vimeo.com/222574676
