Please see the items product page for the location of a monogram. Some products do not feature a location for a monogram. All monogramming comes in same-size, block font for up to three initials. All monogramming may incur an additional 24-36 hours to your processing time. If you are shipping with an expedited service, please confirm with our Customer Care team the timeline will be met. Do Moore & Giles magnets demagnetize credit cards?

If you receive your order and believe it is not the right fit, you have 30-Calendar Days from the time of purchase to send it back. All monogrammed and personalization is FINAL SALE. How do I care for my furniture?
All furniture within the Moore & Giles Lifestyle collection will need minimal care. Please be mindful of the amount of sun exposure each piece receives. Long periods of direct warm sun can darken portions of the furniture faster than indirect natural light. Maintenance is only required when unusual circumstances occur, such as large water marks, scratches and ink marks. Light dirt or scuffs can be cleaned with a soft dry brush or towel. Our natural leather cleaner can be used on heavier spills or stains. The leather’s natural burnishing and darkening will gradually envelop accidental discolorations. Using water or soap on the chair will not hurt the leather and will remove the stain; however may slightly darken the affected area.
How do I care for my natural leather bags and accessories?
For Leather: Our No. 33 Luxury Leather Conditioner & Restorer will return the shine. Using a damp sponge or cloth, simply apply a small amount to the leather and rub. For Nubuck Bison: Moore & Giles American Bison Nubuck is waterproofed during tanning a treated with water repellant, so they will offer more stain resistance than untreated suede/nubuck.) Regular cleaning of Nubuck/Suede can best be done using a vacuum cleaner, following by brushing the nap back up using a soft nylon brush. When spills do occur, blot excess liquid immediately with a clean white absorbent cloth or sponge. If necessary, use clear lukewarm water and a clean, white cloth that is well wrung and gently wipe the spill dry using a blow dryer. At the same time, brush the affected area with a soft nylon brush. Do not use cleaning chemicals on nubuck or suede. Waxwear Rangertan: Moore & Giles Martexin Original waxwear rangertan cloth is waxed canvas. Most dirt and stains can be wiped away with warm, lightly soaped water. To restore wax finish, please visit the Martexin Original website by clicking here. My bag has scratches, is it damaged?
No, this is a beautiful feature of natural leather and the markings will be unique to you. All Moore & Giles products are lightly treated so the natural characteristics of the hide can be showcased. Since the sealant is breathable, the leather will patina over time and any scratches that occur will work themselves out. If you want to accelerate a scratch removal, you can either set the bag indirectly from a heat source to warm the wax in the finish. With a damp cloth, rub the scratch out. What is the Moore & Giles Bespoke Program?
Silhouettes: As the program progresses, silhouettes may be exchanged out of the program’s offerings. Make customers aware that a bag they see now may not be available for customization later. Similarly, encourage them to check back for opportunities to personalize new pieces. Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather: The vegetable tanning process takes 60 days to complete and can only be applied to limited portions of the hide, specifically, the substantial and supple shoulder. As the leather ages, it will darken and develop a patina unique to the owners use. This is due to the lack of chemicals used in the tanning process—all ingredients used are naturally occurring and tannin-rich, such as tree bark and other organic matter. French Calfskin: Known for its soft but durable texture, this calfskin comes from a tannery in the Alsace region of France that deals exclusively with this delicate material. The three classic colors we offer are the only hides the tannery leaves unfinished. That is, the grain unique to each individual hide is not buffed into the homogeny required by larger fashion houses who use these same hides. The resulting leather strikes a perfect balance between artistry and technical prowess. Calf Suede Interior: Highly durable and lightweight this calf suede has the softest, most luxurious hand in our entire library. Seven colors, from understated neutrals to bold and vibrant reds and greens, give customers a wide range of choices. What is the Moore & Giles Guarantee and Repair Policy?
All products within our lifestyle collection come with 100% protection from manufacturing defects. If your bag is damaged, please click here for our repair form and a link to download a pre-paid return label. Repairs generally require a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks before the bag is back in your hands. All manufacturing repairs are complimentary. We understand the lifestyle we design for isn’t always fragile. It is likely our bags and accessories may play a part in a heroic episode or travel to remote parts of the earth. Damage incurred under these circumstances are protected but may carry a service fee…yet, depending on the story, we may offer a complimentary repair and shake your hand.
Will Moore & Giles ship internationally?
All international orders are charged at a flat rate for shipping and taxes. Once your order has been received within country, you will be reimbursed for any over-charge to your card on file. All duty fees are the responsibility of the consignee. Please be advised: your order will not be processed until our Customer Care Department confirms the order via email.
When will my order ship?
Expedited orders placed by 11 am EST will be serviced the same day, including orders sent by Express Saver, 2Day, Standard Overnight or Priority Overnight. Orders placed after 11 am EST will be serviced the following business day. Standard ground orders will be processed within 72 hours from the time of purchase. Orders placed after 11AM on Friday, will be processed on Monday. All orders ship on business days Monday through Friday.
