Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days.
- Orders have a processing time of 24 hours if the merchandise is in stock.
- Overnight delivery is available on orders placed on business days by 12 noon EST.
- Shipping charge is calculated at time of checkout. Specifications can be made to ship ups or fedex.
- For orders shipping to multiple addresses, shipping costs will apply per shipment.

We stand behind our products and guarantee them against defects in the original workmanship and materials. Our commitment does not cover normal wear and tear. Damaged goods must be returned within 5 days of receipt, monogrammed items can NOT be returned.
Shipping limitations
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Returns
We will be glad to refund or exchange any new or unused merchandise up to 30 days of shipping date with original receipt.
Where do I send my return?
For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, and other carriers. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip and send to.
