A leather from New Zealand that embodies all the qualities of purity and serenity of this pristine country.
Fresh hides from the North Island are hand selected and specially split into a heavier weight to give the leather its body and character. In keeping with an increasingly growing “green” trend, the leather is tanned with modern alternatives to the traditional chrome tanning agents along with ancient vegetable re-tanning techniques, making it a chrome free leather. The leather is then oiled and ironed using extreme heat and pressure to create a glass like transparency across the surface of the hide that gives the leather its luxurious, visual appeal.
